SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from Australia. We currently ship across Australia, New Zealand, Canada & USA.
Processing time for all ready to ship products is 2-4 BUSINESS days. If a product is set to PRE-ORDER or MADE TO ORDER, the approximate processing time will be listed on the product page.
SHIPPING COSTS & TIMEFRAMES
Shipping within Australia: $10 standard shipping, $13 express shipping. We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100. Allow 3-10 business days* for delivery once you’ve received your shipping confirmation.
Shipping to New Zealand: $18 flat rate shipping. We offer free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders over $150. Allow 7-12 business days* for delivery once you’ve received your shipping confirmation.
Shipping to Canada & USA: $22 flat rate shipping. We offer free standard shipping on all Canada & USA orders over $150. Allow 10-20 business days* for delivery once you’ve received your shipping confirmation.
Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with shipment tracking details.
Please be aware that we are experiencing delivery delays due to COVID-19 lockdowns across Australia.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO
Custom and clearance fees my be charged in addition to international shipping costs. These charges differ by country and bead & thread is not liable for any customs or clearance charges you incur. We are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees. If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, Bead & Thread AU will charge you postage.
- Bead & Thread AU is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.
- Bead & Thread AU is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Bead & Thread AU is not responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns.
RETURNS
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we are unable to offer full refunds. If you change your mind about your piece within 7 days of receiving your item, Bead & Thread AU will issue a store credit of 100%, excluding shipping costs. Or we can exchange your piece for another style. In both scenarios you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your piece. To organise a return, please email us at hello@beadandthread.com.au. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed once received.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WHEN:
- A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging.
- The piece is custom made
- The item is returned outside of the timeframe stated above
- The item was purchased on sale
